Ipamorelin (Growth Hormone Secretagogue)

Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide and selective growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR) agonist that stimulates the release of growth hormone from the pituitary gland. Unlike other GH secretagogues, ipamorelin is highly selective and does not significantly increase cortisol, prolactin, or other hormones.

Chemical Makeup

Ipamorelin is a synthetic peptide consisting of five amino acids (Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2). Its unique structure makes it highly selective for the growth hormone secretagogue receptor, resulting in clean GH release without unwanted hormonal side effects.
